Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Clearpath Birch Transit Planning Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for fare systems, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for fare systems and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
