Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Summit Wren Energy is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for meter readings and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
