Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Foxglove Haven Water Authority Group is a public water utility serving the Wichita area, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for water quality and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
