Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Silverline River Manufacturing makes precision components in Dallas. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 684 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for production lines and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
