Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Highbridge Glen Inspection Services is an inspection company in Fresno with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for equipment calibration and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
