Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Amberfield Haven Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Cincinnati region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Track performance measures for vehicle inspections and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
