Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Amberfield Ember Manufacturing is a Miami manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
