Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Lumen Granite Water Authority is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for pipe repairs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for pipe repairs and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
