Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Rivermark Lantern Auto Group is a Salt Lake City company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for customer estimates and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
