Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Silverline Meadow Manufacturing is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 330 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for scrap and rework and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
