Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Ironwood Drift Facilities is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
