Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Harborlight Quarry Farms is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for grower contracts and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
