Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Stonegate Cobalt Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Nashville region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
