Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Highbridge Stone Transit Planning is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for service alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for service alerts and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with ridership counts.
