Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Timber Construction and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for subcontractor invoices and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
