Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Lumen Ridge Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Spokane. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for safety records and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
