Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Bright Rowan Facilities is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
