Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Drift Foods and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 600 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for cold storage and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
