Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Westbrook Cobalt Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Tulsa. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for permits and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
