Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Foxglove Ridge Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Fresno region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for permits and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
