Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Foxglove Pike Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Jacksonville region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for parts orders and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
