Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Cobalt Auto Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for vehicle inspections and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
