Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Amberfield West Transit Planning Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for route schedules and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
