Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Bluepeak Haven Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Portland region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for safety records and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
