Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Westbrook Ivory Facilities is a facilities company in Tulsa with crews on day and night shifts, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
