Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Nova Rowan Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Louisville. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
