Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Lakeside Transit Planning and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 751 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for service alerts and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
