Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Lumen Clear Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Charlotte, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for equipment calibration and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
