Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Oak Inspection Services Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 164 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for client sites and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
