Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Highbridge Meridian Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Houston. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 968 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for test reports and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
