Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Bright Water Authority Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for treatment plant data and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
