Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Bright Rook Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Tampa. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for production lines and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
