Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Granite Water Authority Partners and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for treatment plant data and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
