Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Amberfield Lantern Construction Partners builds commercial and industrial projects around San Antonio, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for project schedules and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
