Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate West Farms and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Track performance measures for seasonal crews and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
