Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Kestrel Manufacturing Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track performance measures for machine downtime and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
