Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Meadow Water Authority and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for billing accounts and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
