Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Linden Facilities and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for contractor visits and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
