Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Highbridge Summit Auto Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for parts orders and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
