Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Beacon Manufacturing Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for customer orders and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
