Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Hollow Environmental Services and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for fleet maintenance and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
