Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Bridge Inspection Services Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
