Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Cedar Lantern Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Spokane region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
