Operations Manager - safety and compliance (remote)

Cedar Lantern Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Indianapolis region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
