Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Raleigh, NC)

Bright Clear Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Raleigh region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for grower contracts and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
