Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Raleigh, NC)

Clearpath Pike Auto Group is a Raleigh company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for parts orders and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
