Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Clear Energy Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
