Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Raleigh, NC)

Highbridge Keystone Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Raleigh, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for fare systems and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
