Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Redstone Bridge Facilities and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 305 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
