Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Raleigh, NC)

Greenridge Thistle Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Raleigh region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for parts orders and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
